Good Afternoon Ambassadors,

Grace and peace to you in this last week of November! In this time of Thanksgiving I am thankful for all of you and all that you have done to help with Bishop's Partners in Mission (BPIM). Over the past year we have made great strides raising money and awareness for Imagine No Malaria and Mission Central through Bishop's Partners in Mission.

So far we have raised $859,317.24 for BPIM! You are all a part of that and I cannot thank you enough! I am sending out the attached letter via e-mail to all clergy currently serving, all church Mission chairs, and all Ad Council Chairs (that we have current e-mail addresses for). I am hoping that all churches will be encouraged, as a whole, or as individuals, to give a gift to BPIM this Advent Season. I come to you once again to ask for your help. Please do what you can in your District to help create awareness of this request and offer assistance to any pastor needing help understanding BPIM or communicating it with their congregation.

Our new page on the website holds a lot of information as well as a way to make an online donation https://susumc.org/bishops-partners-in-mission/

I am more and more excited as we approach the $1 Million mark and look forward to celebrating that tremendous milestone with you!

Thank you for all you do for Christ and God's children around the world!

Blessings,

Jeremiah Park

By being Bishop’s Partners in Mission (2017-2018), we:

• Enable Mission Central to continue to provide resources, materials, and education to churches to be active in missions and touch lives ...

• Revive hope in people struck by natural disasters by providing practical assistance ...

• Save lives and restore hope to people who are threatened by deadly disease ...

“Thank you for your partnership in mission. Together we make a difference to countless people in need. Being alive in Christ together transforms us into disciples who are positively impacting our world.”

— Bishop Jeremiah J. Park

The "Partnering in Mission" video series continues with the latest video message on the BPIM page in the Conference website (tinyurl.com/BishopsPIM) and on the BPIM Facebook page (www.facebook.com/BishopsPIM).

Dear BPIM Ambassadors and Friends,

I'm forwarding this QuikLINK information given in the June Partnering in Mission, titled Ideas for Your Vacation Bible School that will make it Missional and save Lives. In this video I share some ideas for a Vacation Bible School (VBS) to connect to Imagine No Malaria (INM). Please share this information in your church who organizes the VBS. Also, please make yourself familiar with the other videos posted in the BPIM web page at http://tinyurl.com/BishopsPIM

Also, our newest BPIM Ambassador, Cathy Wilcox (Scranton/Wilkes-Barre District) sent me the link below that has detailed information for daily activities at a VBS to connect to INM.

As a result of the exposure to Bishop's Partners in Mission (BPIM) at the Annual Conference, we had a number of people volunteer to be active in fund raising in their churches. Very soon I expect to introduce to you new BPIM Ambassadors.

Thank you for your commitment and faithfulness.

Blessings,

Dilip
